22.01

As a child, I had a hard time learning THE CREED because it seemed so long for me.
But one day, my grandmother taught me this PRAYER.
She also taught me the HYMN OF THE MOST HOLY THEOTOKOS. Then, I remember how she helped me to comprehend the meaning of all
prayers. She also taught me THE LORD'S PAYER or OUR FATHER when we was were on the train to her home.
The easiest for me to learn was THE TRISAGION.

29.01

When I sang in the children's CHOIR, we learned CHURCH CHANTS.
The most harmonious for me was the CHERUBIC HYMN.
The hardest part was remembering the sound of the PROKEIMNS prokeimena, even though they were short.
I still can't memorize the lyrics of ANTIPHONS.
When I grew up, I stopped to sing at church but I learned church chants at University.

05.02

We had an exam where we had to sing two TROPARIONS of two feasts.
We sang the THE TROPARION TO ANNUNCIATION OF THE THEOTOKOS or THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY.
Then, the teacher asked us about THE TROPARION OF THE FEAST OF THE HOLY TRINITY.
Those troparions are performed in the 4th and 8th TONES.
The teacher asked us about meaning of the lyrics and also THE TROPARIONS TO our SAINTS.
