| 1. The Little Entrance happens at the beginning of the main part of the Liturgy when the priest brings out the Gospel.
2. During the Liturgy, the priest usually gives a sermon.
3. I think the most beautiful part of the service is The Great Entrance, when the choir sings the cherubic hymn and we remember the ranks of angels who serve God.
4. After the baptism, the baby was dressed in a white baptismal robe to show that he is pure from sin, and the priest put a baptismal cross around his neck.
5. During the baptism service, the person has to turn to Christ and officially renounce evil and everything connected with it.

1. The priest asked the Godmother of the baby to stand next to the baptismal font.
2. The baby started to cry just before being immersed in the water of the font.
3. My mom, unfortunately, did not keep my baptismal robe to this day, even though I know that some families keep it as a memory.
4. I like the moment after the service when the priest comes out to the people and lets everyone kiss the priest's hand cross, talking a little bit with each of the parishioners.
5. Now the prayers of name-giving are said before the baptism in most cases, but in the old Orthodox tradition prayers of name-giving are said on the eighth day after birth.

1. Recently, I was able to visit the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and see Andrei Rublev's icon depicting the Life-Giving Trinity.
2. At the Little Entrance, the choir sings 'Come, let us worship...' as a way of greeting the Savior, who symbolically enters the altar as the priest brings in the Gospel.
3. During the Great Entrance, the Chalice and the diskos with the Lamb are carried through the Holy Doors; the clergy commemorate the Patriarch, the bishops, and all Orthodox Christians.

Every morning while i am praying i try to COMMEMORATE all my DEPARTED relatives.
The favourite DISCIPLE of Christ was John.

For as long as i can remember, i always wanted to have a GODMOTHER, but i was baptised in adulthood, so i did not need one.

All christians RENOUNCED EVIL before their baptism.
When the babies are baptised they are IMMERSED 3 times in the water.

The DIVINE PRESENCE is invisible during the sacraments.
TO BE RELEASED FROM SINS you must go to a confession.
