Spiritual combat can be presented as an unseen warfare.
Good works can be done even by atheists.

I cherish my devotional book that I got from my father.
The old believers don't concieder venerating of icons as a vehicle to salvation.

It's natural for people to struggle with their fallen nature by experiencing unseen warfare, that's what the spiritual armor is for.

I doubt debating matters of doctrine can help anyone feel united in faith and communion.

One can meet people who have chosen to live lives of contemplation by making a pilgrimage to a monastery.

1. In Russia, lay theologians have no less authority than the ordained ones.
2. Currently in our country there exists a sharp division between clergy and laity because lay Christians usually do not study doctrinal and theological matters, unlike clergymen who realise the necessity of it.
3. Different doctrinal approaches should not be the reason of the dissension within the Christian community; as long as the Church is collegial, we should strive for the mutual understanding.
4. The treasury of the Orthodox precious heritage keeps being replenished by the works of the latter-day saints.
5. Attempting to bring uniformity into the Church for all peoples is pointless. Far more reasonable is to unite nations in Christ without depriving them of their identity.
