The police suspect that it was a HARDENED CRIMINAL with a lot of experience in BURGLARIES. 4. Citizens are afraid of a CRIME RATE rising. 5. It`s a true CRIME WAVE in a city: ROBBING, DRUG ABUSE, VANDALISM, let alone VEHICLE CRIMES.

| The level of juvenile crime has been increasing recently. In the last year alone, the city has faced a spate of burglaries and a number of acts of mindless vandalism, committed by teenagers. Some of them were already convicted criminals who had already served a sentence in a prison for young offenders. The crime rate will come down only if all educational institutions do everything in their power to combat crime.
