| Do you buy clothes online or do you prefer to buy them in-store? Why?
It seems to me that online shopping has achieved incredible results in the last few years. Just five years ago it was impossible to imagine that any item of clothing, interior design or practically any other thing could be ordered online literally in two clicks, and the order itself would be delivered the next day.
For me, online shopping is a big time saver. That's why now I almost always prefer online shopping to going to a shop. Of course, visiting a real shop can be an interesting pastime with friends, but for me there are much more advantages of online shopping.

| I called the helpline to report a fault with my new computer, but the service was incompetent and impersonal. After being put on hold for an irritating amount of time, the operator told me the repair would be covered under guarantee, but her tone lacked any sense of urgency. The whole experience left me feeling like I was dealing with a shoddy company that didn't care about customer satisfaction.

| How do you react to uncooperative shop assistants?
Usually it feels quite unpleasant. When you prefer to buy in-store and go to a shop, you anticipate a good attitude towards you from shop assistants. But in fact, it doesn't happen always. Sometimes I can understand it when you can tell that the person is tired or simply isn't in their high spirits. Sometimes you can see that workers have a huge backlog, so we need to understand that shop assistants are also people, and they can be really tired, but that doesn't mean that it's okay for them to be incompetent and for their work to be shoddy. Of course I like to get a prompt reply to any of my queries, but I have in mind that shop assistants are not robots. ------------------------------------------- 1. My friend has a skateboard company and I always buy skateboard decks in her shop, because I like to get a PROMPT reply to any QUERY. 2. I am amazed by how COMPETENT, OBLIGING and COOPERATIVE her shop assistants are, they are very RESPONSIVE TO complaints, and they are always ACCOMMODATING and GOT BACK TO me within a minute, even if there's a huge BACKLOG. 3. So the SENSE OF URGENCY is important for them. 4. I can always TRACK my deck or just simply go and buy it IN-STORE.

| Do you buy clothes online or do you prefer to buy them in-store? Why? When I was at school, I used to buy clothes only in-store, but nowadays, almost everyone buys them online. As my friend Lisa mentioned above, it's a time saver. You can browse through endless kinds and colors of any type of clothing: dresses, jeans, coats, and shoes. You can easily find what you want by clicking on some buttons. Additionally, there are many artists who sell handmade products online, which is a great opportunity to find unique items on the internet. In the past, it was much more difficult to run your own store because people simply didn't know about you.
However, there is some special charm in shopping in-store because you can touch the clothes immediately and everything is right in front of you, so you don't need to scroll for hours to find what you need. Furthermore, it's an opportunity to spend time with people you want to become friends with, because choosing things together (not just clothes) can help you get to know each other better.

| Do you like people who are obliging? Are you one of them?
I can't say that I dislike people who are helpful. However, I would not be able to develop a close relationship with someone who is overly helpful. For me, being helpful is not repulsive, but it does raise some concerns. There is a sense that there is something wrong with these people, as they do not understand the difference between helping for good reasons and helping that could harm them. This means that such a person may not be a happy one.
I don't see myself as a helpful person, as I tend to be quite selfish. I will offer assistance when asked, but may also decline if the task exceeds my capabilities.
